Legal Manager

Legal manager Job Description: Lead and manage the legal department. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Provide strategic legal advice to senior management. Oversee and manage litigation and disputes. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Mitigate legal risks and develop strategies for risk management. Work with external legal counsel as needed. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company. Desired Experience and Skills includes : Legal research Compliance Lawsuits experience (more than 50 cases in the past). Experience in criminal lawsuits is advantage Risk management Excellent written and verbal communication Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Proven experience in managing a legal team. Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Qualification: Graduated from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with a state bar association. Working location: Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR (with domestic travel requirement sometimes). Working time: from Monday to Saturday morning. Every day: from 8am to 5pm. Saturday morning: from 8am to 12am.
