Business Analyst – Aerospace & Defense

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic, operational, and financial initiatives within a fast‑moving aerospace and defense environment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with experience navigating regulated, complex manufacturing or defense programs. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Requirements: Support ERP/MRP‑driven workflows related to supply chain, production, and compliance. Prepare clear presentations and reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ensure alignment with aerospace/defense regulatory, operational, and supply chain requirements. Perform financial modeling, cost analysis, and operational performance assessments. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using data‑driven insights. Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives. Qualifications/Must-Haves: Experience working with ERP/MRP systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Power BI or Tableau. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of business analysis experience in aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry. Strong financial modeling, operational analysis, and process improvement experience. Preferred Skills: Six Sigma or CBAP certification. Familiarity with Microsoft Project. Experience leading process standardization or cross‑functional initiatives. Experience supporting government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects.
