Administrative Support - Donor Relations Contract Position | 3 Months | Pompano Beach, FL Overview Our client is a leading international Catholic ministry organization working across 30+ countries to provide humanitarian aid and support to underserved communities worldwide. They are seeking a dedicated Temporary Development Associate to join their Major Donors team for a 3-month contract supporting donor stewardship and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional donor stewardship through personalized phone calls expressing gratitude for contributions Write compelling thank-you notes and emails highlighting donation impact on ministry efforts Share seasonal and liturgical stewardship content including prayers and ministry updates Support Leadership Annual Giving Program focusing on mid-level donors ($500-$5,000 annually) Manage donor database entries and maintain accurate records Perform high-volume mail merge operations and data management tasks Draft professional correspondence and donor communications Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years professional fundraising experience or equivalent field sales/territory management Understanding of fundraising as stewardship ministry Experience with CRM systems or donor databases highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sensitivity to Christian-based fundraising environment Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information Benefits Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to make meaningful impact in international humanitarian work Professional development in nonprofit fundraising Collaborative, faith-based work environment Convenient Pompano Beach location
