Social Media Intern/Associate | A Design-First Furniture & Home Lifestyle Brand

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite) Experience: 0–2 years Industry: Furniture / Home Lifestyle / D2C Design-first Brand We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Intern / Associate to join a fast-growing design-first furniture and home lifestyle brand . This role is ideal for someone who understands content-led storytelling, social trends, and brand aesthetics , and can help build a strong digital presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute the social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms Support monthly campaigns and always-on content planning Coordinate short-form video content , including scripting support, shoot coordination, and agency follow-ups Work on influencer collaborations , outreach, campaign execution, and reporting Track social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions Stay updated on viral trends, content formats, and platform best practices Collaborate with brand, growth, product, and design teams for integrated campaigns Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and communication guidelines Requirements 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing / content marketing Strong understanding of Instagram-first brand building Experience with campaign planning and reporting Good coordination skills with agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders Familiarity with Meta tools, influencer platforms, and analytics dashboards Strong aesthetic sense, especially for home, décor, lifestyle, and design-led brands Excellent communication and storytelling skills Preferred Background Candidates from D2C, lifestyle, retail, consumer brands, home décor, furniture, beauty, fashion, or consumer tech will be preferred.
