WebMethods Integration Hub Expert (Onsite, Makkah, SAR Salary)

Requirements: 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration projects, including extensive hands-on expertise with the Software AG WebMethods Suite. Proven experience in leading integration architecture and delivery for large-scale enterprise environments. Relevant WebMethods certifications or equivalent integration platform certifications are highly preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-led connectivity, SOA, microservices architecture, and messaging frameworks. Hands-on experience with WebMethods Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, Trading Networks, and related modules. Demonstrated experience in solution design, technical governance, and integration strategy development. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using the WebMethods Integration Hub. Define and maintain integration standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with enterprise architecture goals. Oversee development, deployment, and lifecycle management of APIs, services, and messaging integrations. Ensure high availability, scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance across all integration platforms. Act as the technical lead for integration initiatives, providing architectural guidance and resolving complex technical challenges. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions. Mentor and supervise integration developers, conducting code reviews and promoting knowledge sharing within the team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, platform upgrades, and modernization of integration solutions. Establish governance processes, documentation standards, and monitoring practices for integration services. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and proactive system performance improvements.
