Operations Customer Expert – Lisbon Hub Join a leading UK-based digital bank for the March 16 intake. We are looking for banking professionals to manage high-stakes operations, including fraud, disputes, and complaints, in a high-growth fintech environment. Monthly Gross Compensation You can choose between two compensation structures based on your accommodation needs: Option 1 (Including Provided Apartment): €1,966.33 (Consists of base salary, all monthly allowances, and benefit-in-kind). Option 2 (Without Accommodation): €2,012.50 (Consists of base salary and all monthly allowances). Performance Bonus: Monthly productivity bonus up to €300.00 . Mandatory Requirements Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance, either based in Ireland or serving the Irish market from abroad. English: C1/C2 level proficiency. Legal: EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit. What is in it for you?
