Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Representative – Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid) Introduction A global digital sales and marketing solutions provider is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for business clients across the Dutch market, representing a world-class brand in the tech and digital advertising sector. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B interactions via phone, email, video, and social media. Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities. Utilize advanced lead generation and prospecting tools to expand your client portfolio. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking all opportunities through every stage of the sales cycle. Ensure all interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded in CRM systems like Salesforce. Qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding team for a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to contribute to a culture of excellence. Requirements Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (written and spoken). Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation. Prior experience in the tech or digital advertising industry is highly preferred. Solid understanding of sales funnels, prospecting techniques, and qualification methodologies. Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and a general tech-savvy mindset. Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital marketing or advertising platforms is a significant advantage. What We Offer Competitive base salary with fantastic performance-based commissions and monthly bonuses.
