Junior German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native or fluent German speaker to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining both remote and on-site work, with a schedule from 7 PM to midnight for 40 hours a week over 5 days. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and account management. Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions and delivering exceptional support. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues as needed. Qualifications Native or fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
