Conduct business analysis to identify current process/ project capacities and weaknesses. Draft and finalize a strategic plan to improve the process. Set-up specific activities for the implementation of the project. Oversee the daily business operations. Closely work with internal teams and stakeholders on project progress and timelines. Provide insights to clients and stakeholders to help them learn more about the product/ service, and coach them through integration.
