Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily material and warehouse operations at a data center project in Lenoir, NC. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring materials, equipment, and documentation are properly tracked, staged, and distributed to support ongoing construction and infrastructure activities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with prior administrative or warehouse coordination experience who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and comfortable managing spreadsheets and reporting tools. This is a stable, first-shift opportunity supporting a mission-critical data center environment. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for data center materials and equipment Track and maintain accurate inventory logs using Excel and Google Sheets Manage purchase orders, packing slips, delivery tickets, and shipping documentation Stage and distribute materials to field teams and subcontractors Maintain organized storage areas and material tracking systems Communicate with vendors, drivers, project managers, and field leadership Monitor material levels and proactively report shortages or discrepancies Assist with warehouse audits and reporting requirements Ensure compliance with site safety standards and data center protocols Support general administrative tasks related to logistics and site operations Required Qualifications: Previous experience in logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or material management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Suite Highly spreadsheet-oriented with strong data entry accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in an active construction or data center environment Preferred Qualifications: Forklift Certification (preferred) Experience supporting construction or data center projects Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or material management platforms Compensation & Benefits: $24-$26/hr, depending on experience and a successful interview First-shift schedule (M–F, typically no weekends) Medical benefits 401(k) Paid time off Long-term project stability Why Join Us: This is an opportunity to support a large-scale, mission-critical data center project with long-term stability and structured weekday hours.
