What You'll Own Full oversight of hospital operations and team performance Creating structure, accountability systems, and measurable goals Leading hiring, onboarding, and staff development Managing scheduling, payroll oversight, and inventory control Driving financial performance and operational efficiency Coaching team members through growth and performance challenges Partnering directly with ownership on strategic initiatives Handling escalated client concerns with professionalism and confidence You won't simply manage the day — you'll influence the direction of the practice.
