WE ARE HIRING – Events Operations Manager Location: Kuwait Female | Preferably Arab (Lebanese) – High Priority We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Operations Manager to lead and manage event planning and execution in a luxury hospitality or premium venue environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. Job Description: The Events Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of events, ensuring flawless execution from planning to post-event evaluation. This role requires strong coordination with clients, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, memorable events. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, social, and special events Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and operational requirements Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and expectations Supervise event staff, setup teams, and on-site operations Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards Coordinate with catering, technical, décor, and vendor partners Handle troubleshooting and resolve issues during events efficiently Maintain quality control, brand standards, and safety compliance Prepare post-event reports and evaluate performance for improvement Preferred Candidate Profile: Female candidate ( Arab / Lebanese preferred – High Priority ) Proven experience in event operations or event management Background in luxury hospitality, hotels, or premium event venues is an advantage Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and client-focused mindset Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
