Finance Controller - Director (F&B, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing)

Position: Finance Controller Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Morning shift Role Overview: The Finance Controller will lead the financial management and controllership functions across multiple business units, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and audit readiness. This role drives efficiency in processes while maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, cost accounting, and general ledger activities. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Coordinate and support external audits and tax compliance requirements. Implement process improvements, automation, and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational and reporting efficiency. Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelors degree in Accountancy. Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and advanced ERP system proficiency, preferably SAP. Prior experience in large-scale operations within food, retail, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
