Why Join Us: Salary starting from PHP 60,000 p/month (flexible based on experience and skills) Working Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST Permanent work from home 10 days of paid leave + US Public Holidays Training provided, with potential for career growth New Equipment Supplied Qualifications: Must have solid QuickBooks Desktop experience Proven experience working as a US bookkeeper Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, able to work independently, proven track record of prioritization, positive attitude, trustworthy Job Summary / Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a bookkeeper with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience and exposure to QuickBooks Desktop. You will need to have excellent verbal / written communication skills and love working as part of a team. You will be responsible for undertaking all bookkeeping activities for multiple clients, but not limited to: Transactions entry and categorization Bank and credit card Reconciliation Producing monthly financials including profit and loss statement and balance sheet Payroll entry and processing of quarterly payroll reports and year end reports Preparing and reporting monthly Tax filing Drafting emails requesting information Keep up-to-date client checklists and informational sheets Any additional ad hoc work that deemed appropriate
