Social Media & Content Creator

Create and manage content across key social platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, etc.), building brand presence and driving real engagement for clients. Own the full content cycle: strategy + calendars, copywriting/blogs, basic SEO/keywords, community management, and performance tracking (plus light paid social). Key Responsibilities: - Manage and create content for clients' social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. - Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand social media content. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing. - Write and edit engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other written content for clients' websites and social media platforms. - Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO). - Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance. - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms. - Attend client meetings and provide updates on social media and content strategies and performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in social media and content creation, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for each. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research. - Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. - Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality content. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
