Russian–English Translator | Remote | Portugal | Relocation Package

We are recruiting a Russian-to-English (UK) translator to join a remote interpretation team based anywhere in mainland Portugal. This is a full-time, permanent-track role for a fluent Russian speaker with a strong command of English, looking for a stable and flexible opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package and full relocation support. About the Role You will provide consecutive interpretation via phone and video calls, supporting clients across Insurance, Legal and Medical sectors. Accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism are at the core of this role, as you will be handling sensitive and often complex cases requiring sound judgement and impartiality. Your day-to-day will include: Providing consecutive interpretation via phone and video calls between Russian and English speakers Supporting cases across Insurance, Legal and Medical sectors Maintaining strict confidentiality and impartiality throughout every interaction Following internal quality standards and compliance guidelines Participating actively in training and continuous improvement initiatives What We Are Looking For Native or proficient Russian speaker with English at C1 level (UK) — both mandatory Strong communication and listening skills Ability to interpret accurately under pressure while maintaining neutrality Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive subject matter Reliable home working setup within mainland Portugal What Is on Offer Attractive salary package including productivity bonus, meal allowance, holiday allowance and Christmas allowance Health insurance Training allowance provided during onboarding period 22 days of annual leave per year in accordance with Portuguese law Permanent contract after 2 years Full relocation package including airfare reimbursement at the end of the 6th month and shared accommodation for up to 12 months (200€/month with all utility bills included, deducted directly from payslip) 100% remote role within mainland Portugal Schedule: Full-time position (40 hours/week) Monday to Sunday — 3 rotative shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00 / 13:00–22:00 2 rotative days off per week
