French-Speaking Customer Support Location: Porto (On-Site) Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts) We are currently hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team based in Porto. Requirements: Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) Good level of English (minimum B2) Previous experience in customer support is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Availability to work on-site in Porto Important: Only candidates living within 30 km around Porto will be considered.
