We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Channel Representative (m/w/d) to manage an active territory in Germany. You will drive new business with healthcare facilities and commercial venues (airports, shopping centers), while developing and optimizing distributor and sales channel partnerships. The role includes close collaboration with international teams. Aufgaben Develop and manage client relationships within the assigned territory Present and demonstrate solutions to healthcare and commercial clients Identify growth opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements Manage distributor and channel partner relationships Maintain CRM records and support operational coordination Monitor KPIs and ensure high client satisfaction Qualifikation 3–6 years of sales experience (channel/distributor management – advantage) Professional or native-level proficiency in German (C1–C2 required for client-facing work) Professional working proficiency in English Experience in medical/healthcare sales – advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Strong communication and negotiation skills Based in NRW – advantage Wheelshare is an equal opportunity employer.
