Role Overview Seeking an experienced veterinarian for a Medical Director position in a well-established practice. This leadership role focuses on guiding the clinical team, improving medical protocols, and delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the clinical team while maintaining high standards of care. Provide comprehensive veterinary services, including wellness care, diagnostics, and surgery. Perform soft tissue surgery and dentistry procedures. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance clinical protocols. Mentor team members and promote a positive, growth-focused practice culture. Qualifications Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Colorado or eligibility for licensure. Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience. Strong surgical and dental skills. Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development and patient care.
