GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (GROUP HRM) Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₦1,200,000 Monthly Our client is a diversified and fast-growing business group seeking a high-level, strategic HR leader to oversee and standardize Human Resources operations across all subsidiaries. This is a senior executive role for a results-driven professional who understands structure, governance, performance management, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategy aligned with corporate goals Standardize HR policies, systems, and governance across subsidiaries Lead executive recruitment, workforce planning & succession strategy Drive performance management systems tied to KPIs Oversee compensation structures, annual salary reviews, profit-sharing, HMO & pension Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws Manage employee relations, disciplinary frameworks & HR risk Implement HR systems and provide executive-level HR reporting Requirements: 8–12+ years HR experience (minimum 5 years in senior leadership) Experience managing HR across multiple business units or a group structure Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law & HR compliance Proven ability to build performance-driven HR systems Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage Strong leadership, structure, and decision-making capacity What We Offer: ₦1,200,000 Monthly Salary Annual Salary Review Profit Sharing HMO Pension Executive-level growth opportunity
