Step into a growing infrastructure environment where fibre builds, CCTV installations and access control systems all run through your hands. The job entails: Fibre Network Builds Run full FTTH/FTTB deployment cycles Coordinate civils, fibre teams, splicing, activation Keep as-builts and documentation sharp and accurate Maintain strict control over timelines, materials and budgets CCTV Installations (IP-based) Plan and manage estate & business park surveillance projects Oversee camera placement, NVR setup, PoE switching Ensure clean cable routing + correct power availability Source equipment and handle client handovers Access Control Systems Gate motors, intercoms, biometrics, remote access tech Coordinate installers and ensure clean, functional execution Team & Contractor Coordination Allocate fibre, CCTV and access teams Conduct site inspections and quality checks Enforce standards with fairness and backbone Keep everyone aligned, productive and accountable Procurement, Stock & Cost Control Manage suppliers and pricing Control stock levels and prevent shrinkage Track cost per metre, per camera, per site Work with finance to keep projects profitable Who will thrive in this role: Were looking for someone who is: Operationally strong, not theoretical Highly organised, structured, and reliable A natural planner who doesnt drop balls Assertive enough to hold teams accountable Comfortable on-site and in-office Obsessed with accuracy, cost control, and delivery Requirements: FTTH/FTTB fibre builds CCTV installation (IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switching) Access control (intercoms, biometrics, gate automation) Managing technical teams Procurement & supplier management Solid Excel + project reporting Valid drivers licence Nice-to-Haves Hikvision / Dahua experience Estate or complex security systems Structured cabling knowledge Basic IP networking fundamentals
