Senior Financial Structuring / Investment Modeling Consultant (Onsite, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements: Strong experience in advanced financial modeling, including P&L, cash flow forecasting, DSCR, and sensitivity analysis. Proven experience preparing investment-grade financial models and documentation for investors or funds. Ability to structure multi-scenario financial projections and refine business assumptions. Strong understanding of financial structuring, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis. Experience reviewing and translating technical or business materials into financial frameworks. Background in energy, infrastructure, or project finance is strongly preferred. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders. Available immediately for intensive short-term engagement. Willingness to work onsite in Pakistan and travel to Dubai during fundraising activities. Responsibilities: Develop and structure comprehensive financial models based on business plans and technical materials. Build detailed financial projections, including revenue models, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios. Prepare investor-ready financial documentation suitable for presentation to investment funds. Analyze and challenge business assumptions to improve financial projections and model accuracy. Perform sensitivity analysis and multi-scenario modeling to support investment decisions. Translate technical and operational inputs into structured financial frameworks. Support the preparation of fundraising materials, financial reports, and investor presentations. Collaborate closely with leadership during fundraising preparation and investor engagement. Provide financial insights and recommendations to strengthen investment positioning.
