Project Manager - SaaS & AI (Remote, EST, Anywhere in Pakistan)

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for software or technology projects. Proven experience managing SaaS and AI-based projects. Strong experience working in AI consulting or service-based delivery environments. Experience in client-facing roles, preferably handling US/Canada clients. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, delivery management, and resource planning. Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (engineering, AI, product teams). Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar). Ability to work in EST time zone is required. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of SaaS and AI consulting projects from initiation to closure. Coordinate with engineering and AI teams to ensure timely execution and quality delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Understand client requirements and translate them into project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and engagements. Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies. Track project milestones, KPIs, and delivery performance metrics. Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reporting. Facilitate sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery coordination with internal teams. Ensure smooth delivery of AI consulting engagements and service-based projects. Manage project documentation, timelines, and workflow processes. Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
