Print Production & Client Relations Coordinator| Jobs in Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month Role Overview We are hiring a Print Production & Client Relations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end execution of physical branded assets in the UAE. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, coordinating between internal stakeholders, international design teams, and local UAE suppliers to ensure all printed and fabricated assets are produced accurately, cost-effectively, and on time. This is not a digital marketing role. The focus is print production, supplier management, and client-facing coordination. Key Responsibilities Print Production Management Manage the full production lifecycle for printed and fabricated brand assets, from brief through to final delivery Coordinate production of items such as stickers, sample kits, POS materials, brochures, large format prints, branded merchandise, and showroom or display assets Drive fast turnaround delivery on urgent requests and time-sensitive activations Ensure correct file handover to suppliers and confirm technical feasibility before production starts Client Relations and Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary UAE point of contact for internal stakeholders and client-side teams on all production requests Translate business needs into clear production briefs for suppliers and design teams Track approvals, feedback, and sign-offs to prevent delays and rework Maintain strong service levels under pressure, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and informed Supplier Sourcing, Negotiation, and Management Source and manage relationships with UAE printing houses, large format suppliers, signage vendors, fabricators, carpenters, and related production partners Obtain multiple quotations, negotiate pricing, and recommend best-value options Coordinate timelines, logistics, sampling, revisions, and delivery schedules Maintain a reliable supplier network for rapid execution Quality Control and Proofing Conduct in-person quality checks on samples and final production items before approving mass runs Identify issues relating to gradients, colour matching, resolution, finishing, cutting, alignment, and material quality Prevent production errors that lead to waste, delays, or brand damage Ensure output meets brand standards and expected finish quality Planning and Continuous Improvement Create repeatable workflows for ordering, proofing, approvals, and production tracking Improve speed, reliability, and cost control across production cycles Flag production risks early and propose practical solutions Requirements Experience 3–5 years experience in print production, signage production, advertising production, or a similar production environment in the UAE Strong understanding of print production processes and vendor capabilities across UAE Skills Strong knowledge of print materials, finishing, and production workflows Proven supplier negotiation and quote comparison experience Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management High attention to detail, especially for proofing and physical QC Strong English grammar and written communication Mandatory UAE driving licence Preferred Hindi and/or Urdu (useful for supplier communication) Experience in building materials, construction, or industrial sector environments Existing network across UAE printing and fabrication suppliers Personal Attributes Execution-first, reliable, and fast-moving Calm under pressure and able to manage urgent timelines Detail-obsessed and quality-driven Practical problem-solver with strong supplier instincts Compensation AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month, depending on experience Incentives may be added for cost savings, speed of delivery, or new supplier sourcing value Standard UAE benefits Similar Job Titles: Print Production Manager Production Manager – Printing Signage Production Manager Exhibition Production Manager Production Coordinator – Advertising To Apply: Apply to this job post by filling in all the blank fields.
