This role will play a key part in building scalable processes, improving reporting, and supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insight during a period of continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, including month-end close and consolidated reporting Oversee AP, AR, GL, job costing, payroll review, and bank reconciliations Maintain and enhance internal systems, reporting structures, and chart of accounts Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reporting packages Coordinate audits, reviews, and tax filings with external CPA firms Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making and vendor negotiations Mentor accounting staff and serve as liaison with banks, insurers, and external partners Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred 7–12 years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years in a Controller or Accounting Manager leadership role Proven experience managing multi-entity accounting and consolidations Experience with ERP systems (non-QuickBooks environments preferred) Strong Excel and analytical skills Construction, service, distribution, or manufacturing industry experience preferred Interested candidates: Apply now to learn more about this opportunity.
