Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant Location: Cairo / On-site / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company A Large premium Food Manufacturing Group is looking to hire an Experienced Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant to lead the accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain full compliance with local and international accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and the general ledger. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements . Ensure compliance with IFRS / local accounting standards and tax regulations. Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks. Supervise and develop the accounting team. Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial controls. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 5–10 years of accounting experience , including a leadership role. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws . Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.). Advanced Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and leadership capabilities. Preferred Qualifications CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification. Experience in [industry: Manufacturing / Real Estate / Trading / Services] .
