Educational Qualifications · Bachelors degree in: o Information Systems o Business Administration o or a related discipline · Mandatory Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Certification Experience · Minimum 5 years of experience in: o HelpDesk and technical support services o System training delivery o User support within government or enterprise environments --- Technical Skills · Strong knowledge of Oracle systems, including: o Oracle iSupplier o Oracle iProcurement o Oracle Purchasing o Oracle Supplier Lifecycle Management o Oracle Sourcing o Oracle Inventory · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro. · Hands-on experience with ticketing and incident management systems. --- Behavioral and Language Skills · Strong communication and customer engagement skills. · Ability to explain and train users in a clear, structured, and professional manner. · Full proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
