Workshop & Equipment Repair Technician Modderfontien Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining workshop and machining equipment to ensure operational reliability. About You Minimum 5 years of experience in a workshop or equipment repair role Red Seal or Diploma in the Mechanical and/or Electrical field Experience with CNC , Lathes, Milling, Turning and/or Line boring machines Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proficient with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment Computer-literate with experience using maintenance or repairs systems Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Key Responsibilities Minimum 5 years of experience in a workshop or equipment repair role Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair workshop and machining equipment Perform mechanical and electrical fault-finding Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment Test and ensure equipment meets required quality standards Capture and manage job cards, repair reports, and parts usage on the computer system Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records Ensure workshop safety and compliance standards are met Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
