Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Services Status: Full-Time, Days (8am -5pm, M-F) Location: Rolla, MO Relocation: Not Offered Salary: $83,000 - $95,000 Bonus: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (with a 2-year commitment) Visa Support: Not Available Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation team located in the vibrant and scenic city of Rolla, Missouri. This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll work with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in a full-spectrum rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate patient progress effectively. Provide instruction to families and caregivers on therapy follow-through. Ensure accurate documentation aligned with professional and legal standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines. Other tasks as assigned by the therapy leadership. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain) in Missouri. Current CPR certification. New graduates are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a hospital acute care or rehab setting.
