Job Description: Finance Controller Position: Finance Controller Location: BGC, Taguig Set Up: On-site / Operations Schedule: Morning Shift Role Purpose The Finance Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of month-end financial results and maintaining compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting standards. This role focuses on monitoring balance sheet accounts and managing transfer pricing processes. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end and period-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial statement reviews. Ensure all statutory and management reporting is completed accurately and on time. Prepare year-end adjustments and coordinate transfer pricing reports with stakeholders. Support the "Voyager" project through UAT testing, data cutover, and SAP process updates. Monitor internal controls and risk management protocols (CARM). Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Must be a Qualified Accountant. 3-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multicultural environment. Advanced analytical skills and fluency in English.
