Application Support Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Application Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide front-line support to clients by assisting with system-based travel bookings, resolving application-related issues, and ensuring all reservation details are accurate and properly documented. This position combines customer service, technical troubleshooting, and booking coordination in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required; training is provided.
