We are recruiting two experienced, service-led Personal Trainers to join this premium, international sports and wellness destination. This is more than a gym role. It’s an opportunity to represent a world-class sporting institution while building a highly lucrative personal training career in a high-performance environment. The Academy is home to over 1,000 members and continues to grow, with a strong expatriate community and premium membership tiers. The facility combines elite sport, fitness, and lifestyle under one roof. The Environment You will be working in a multi-purpose, high-end facility featuring: Four fully equipped gyms (including a dedicated women-only gym) Three group training studios Indoor and outdoor tennis courts Padel and squash courts High-performance training areas On-site restaurant and member facilities You’ll be supported by an experienced PT Manager and proactive sales team who actively drive personal training revenue through structured onboarding, promotions and member engagement campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering 2–3 group classes per day Providing premium-level one-to-one and small group personal training Building and managing your own client base Working collaboratively with sales and management to maximise PT revenue Working 6 days per week, 7-hour shifts (typically 12:00–20:00) + 1-hour paid lunch Contributing to a high-retention, service-led training culture About You Qualified and experienced Personal Trainer Strong client-facing and communication skills Energetic, motivating and highly professional Confident delivering both 1-1 and group sessions Fluent in English Comfortable working in an international, culturally diverse team This environment suits trainers who take pride in presentation, service and performance standards.
