FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila He/She is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastry and dessert items in accordance with hotel standards. This role supports the Pastry Chef in ensuring consistency, food safety, and innovation in the pastry kitchen, while maintaining cleanliness and efficient kitchen operations. Assist in preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts. Ensure all pastry items are prepared according to standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines Work closely with Pastry Chef and Sous Chef to develop new recipes and seasonal menus Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory checking and ordering of ingredients Minimize food waste and maintain proper storage and labeling of ingredients Keeping work areas clean and free of obstacles to prevent slips, trips, and falls Regularly cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, including countertops, cutting boards, and equipment Performs other duties and task assigned by head QUALIFICATIONS College degree in Culinary program with 1-2 years of related work experience with food safety and hygiene practices good communication skills can start immediately amenable to work onsite in Muntinlupa
