Finance Lead/Manager (Mid-Senior) - Healthcare (Hybrid, Manila based)

We are looking for a passionate Finance Lead/Manager for the Philippines to work in a hybrid setup for our Manila based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in Manila Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines. About OTA Client A healthcare facility located in Pasig City, Philippines, specializing in dialysis treatment and kidney care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). As a private dialysis and nephrology center, we opened our doors in 2025. What we are looking for: 3-5 years of experience Monthly/quarterly filings, accounting, AP/AR, Financial statements etc Will manage 1 finance associate and grow the team to 3 members by the end of the year Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a strong advantage Startups experience is a bonus
