CV Line Machine Supervisor (Cable Manufacturing)

5 years experience in the level of Senior Operator in CV line and minimum 5 years experience as supervisor. 10+ years total experience in CV Line / CCV extrusion (including supervisory role). Strong leadership and operational expertise in extrusion machines. Certified from Industrial Training Institutes after Secondary School or Pre degree. To lead the team of Operators working in CCV Extrusion Section and ensure that output of each machine confirms to the set quality standards and specifications. Supervises CCV extrusion operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Leads operators, authorizes production runs, monitors quality performance, manages non-conformances, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
