Project Engineering Manager – Solar EPC (C&I / Industrial Rooftop)

PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER – SOLAR EPC Location: Ho Chi Minh City Job Summary Manage end-to-end Solar EPC projects (rooftop, C&I, industrial) from site survey, design, construction, commissioning to handover , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality & safety standards . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of solar EPC projects across multiple sites. Review and control designs, BOQs, schedules, budgets, and resources . Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Conduct site supervision, quality checks, and HSE compliance . Support technical proposals and work closely with Sales during pre-project phases. Communicate with clients and relevant authorities throughout the project. Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical / M&E / Renewable Energy or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or EPC projects . Strong knowledge of PV systems, electrical standards, and EPC processes . Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office , and project management tools. Good project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills . Good English for technical communication.
