Manufacturing Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead process and equipment reliability improvements to meet plant objectives Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective solutions Manage capital and expense projects from concept through execution Partner with production and maintenance teams to solve complex operational challenges Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Introduce industry best practices and reliability technologies Support budgeting, planning, and long-term operational strategies Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field) 3+ years of process engineering experience in a metals manufacturing environment OR 5+ years of process engineering experience Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software Ability to work flexible hours as required Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available) Preferred Qualifications 5–10+ years of engineering experience Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Working knowledge of PLC systems Experience with Casting, Rolling, or Finishing operations Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.) Proven project management experience Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
