Business Development Manager

A leading precision machining and metal fabrication company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Oil & Gas, Defense, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors. The Opportunity You will spearhead new business acquisition and key account growth for a fully equipped machine shop offering CNC machining, metal fabrication, and precision-engineered components. What You'll Do Develop and execute sales and BD strategies for CNC machining and fabrication services Build and manage a strong pipeline with EPCs, OEMs, and end users Identify opportunities in Oil & Gas, Defense, Power, Petrochemical, and Marine Prepare and present technical–commercial proposals and quotations Work closely with workshop/production teams to align capacity with client demand Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships Ideal Profile 5–10 years of Business Development / Sales experience in precision machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing Strong network with EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients in the UAE/GCC Solid understanding of CNC machining, metal fabrication, materials (ferrous & non‑ferrous), and engineered components Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills UAE experience is highly preferred If you are a results-driven BDM with a passion for precision engineering and industrial solutions, we would like to speak with you.
