Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop cost models in collaboration with Product and Process Engineers, including component breakdown and cost analysis. Conduct capacity analysis, line layout planning, CAPEX analysis, and floor plan deployment based on customer forecasts. Plan and allocate overall resources and production space effectively. Create detailed project timelines aligned with customer requirements. Assign key activities, track progress regularly, and identify risks during project development. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor material and tooling status to ensure smooth sample builds. Track new product qualification processes until final approval. Initiate and implement project risk mitigation plans. Communicate project progress with internal stakeholders and participate in regular project meetings. Perform other tasks assigned by senior management. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience; experience in product and process development is preferred. Strong analytical skills, including failure analysis capability. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good written and spoken English proficiency. Proactive, responsible, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
