DevOps Engineer – FinTech About the Role We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure supporting our fintech platforms. You will work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure reliable deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure optimization, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial technology environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and secure software releases. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). Monitor system performance, availability, and security of mission-critical financial applications. Automate deployment, scaling, and configuration management processes. Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes). Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security best practices, and data protection standards. Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance. Conduct incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Atleast 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar). Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
