Brand Manager - Perm

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals Manage brand positioning, identity, and guidelines across all platforms Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline) Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities Coordinate with sales, design, digital, and external agencies Manage product launches, campaigns, and brand activations Ensure consistency in communication, packaging, advertising, and visual identity Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities Requirements & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Experience in digital marketing and social media branding Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) Experience in retail / luxury / FMCG sector Knowledge of GCC or Middle East market
