Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Location: Athens, Greece (Onsite) Working Hours: 09:00 – 19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week) About the Role We are seeking a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international service team based in Athens. In this role, you will support customers via phone, chat, and email, providing professional and friendly assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
