Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary Daily Dot Art is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to provide friendly and professional support to our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in customer service, with responsibilities including handling inquiries, assisting with orders, and supporting daily operations in a creative agency environment. Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a professional manner Assist clients with orders, requests, and basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks Help ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors Assist with light office duties as needed, including filing and data entry Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX Benefits Paid training Opportunities for career growth Supportive and creative work environment Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday
