Product Owner - Blockchain

About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Product Owner – Blockchain to lead the development of our Web3 and blockchain-based products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-centric blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for blockchain-based products. Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications. Manage and prioritize product backlog aligned with company objectives. Work closely with Blockchain, Smart Contract, Backend, and Frontend teams. Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing, sales, and leadership. Conduct market research and competitor analysis in Web3, DeFi, NFT, and AI ecosystems. Ensure timely sprint planning, grooming, and release management. Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance based on data insights. Ensure compliance, security standards, and smart contract audit coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 6+ years experience as Product Owner / Product Manager in blockchain or Web3 products. Strong understanding of: Smart Contracts (Solidity) Ethereum / BSC / Polygon or similar networks DeFi, NFTs, DAO, Tokenomics Wallet integrations (Metamask, WalletConnect) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar tools. Basic technical understanding of APIs, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications Experience launching a token or blockchain-based platform. Knowledge of Web3 security standards. Exposure to AI + Blockchain integration. Certifications in Product Management or Scrum (PSPO, CSM).
