Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Dutch, French, Danish , German Speakers) Location: Athens, Greece Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for our Dutch, French, and Danish-speaking customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, French, or Danish. Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support. Requirements Native or fluent speaker of Dutch, French, or Danish (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Good command of English is preferred.
