Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff; oversee hiring, performance reviews, and resource allocation. Drive business development and expand the company's market presence with local, county, and state clients. Manage department budgets, allocate resources, and ensure profitable project delivery. Provide technical expertise in bridge and horizontal structural engineering projects. Collaborate with office managers and practice leaders to coordinate strategic growth plans. Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited program. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil/Structural Engineering. 10+ years of experience in bridge and horizontal structural engineering. Proven project management and business development experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; structural design software experience (SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or RISA) preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with local government, county, or state clients. Prior supervisory or senior leadership experience.
