HR Operations Manager

3–4 years of HR experience with leadership role. Proven hands-on HR experience within the UAE is mandatory. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and employee relations. Experience managing contracts, HR documentation, and compliance frameworks. Real estate industry experience is preferred. Confident, structured, and able to work independently.
