HR Manager – Construction Contracting

Minimum 4+ years of HR experience within Tier 1 or large construction contracting companies. Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Proven experience in workforce mobilization, project HR operations, and high-volume manpower management. Ability to oversee onboarding, visa processing, medicals, insurance, and HR documentation compliance. Strong background in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. Experience managing labour camps, welfare standards, and regulatory compliance. Capability to monitor HR metrics such as manpower utilization, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity. Proven leadership skills to mentor and manage Site HR and Administration teams. Strong stakeholder management skills across Projects, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
