AI Expert/Solutions Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI professional to help integrate artificial intelligence into our current operations and future projects. This role will focus on strategy, automation, system integration, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a company-wide AI strategy Identify opportunities to automate business processes Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions Integrate AI tools with existing systems and platforms Lead AI-driven workflows, analytics, and automation initiatives Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and IT teams Monitor AI performance and optimize ROI Provide technical guidance and documentation Working Hours Part-time: 10–20 hours per week, or Consultant / Project-based engagement Must be available during U.S. business hours Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML, automation, or data science Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions Strong background in system integration and process optimization Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred) Relevant AI or cloud certifications are a plus Preferred Industry Experience Staffing / Recruitment / BPO Sales / Lead Generation SaaS / Technology Services Real Estate / Property Management (a plus, not required) Skills & Tools Python (required) SQL (preferred) AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn LLM platforms: OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP Automation tools: Zapier, Make, n8n CRM systems and API integrations
