Competitive rates for Philippine freelancers with potential for repeat work JOB# – TBD Industry: Technology / SaaS / Recruitment Systems Job Category: Software Engineering / Full Stack Development Position Overview: The Junior Full Stack SaaS Engineer will support development of a modern recruitment and HRIS platform serving recruitment agencies, government HR teams, and staffing providers across the Western Pacific and US mainland. This role focuses on building scalable dashboards, APIs, and compliant HR features using Next.js, Node.js, and Supabase in an API first environment designed to support 100 or more concurrent users. Key Responsibilities: Build recruiter, candidate, and employer dashboards using React and Next.js Develop Node.js APIs integrated with Supabase including Postgres, authentication, and real time features Connect application prototypes to REST APIs for jobs, resumes, and compliance workflows Design and evolve Supabase schemas supporting multi tenant roles and permissions Deploy applications through Vercel and GitHub ensuring stable builds Own end to end feature delivery such as candidate tracking, resume pipelines, and billing modules Qualifications: Programming Skills: Strong TypeScript and JavaScript experience with focus on type safe development Frontend Development: Experience building applications with React and Next.js including routing and API routes Backend Development: Node.js experience creating REST based services and CRUD operations Database and Platform Experience: Familiarity with Supabase or PostgreSQL including schemas, queries, and authentication Version Control: Experience using Git and GitHub including branching and pull requests Problem Solving: Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced startup environment Prefered Skills: Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern UI libraries Knowledge of Stripe integrations or webhooks Experience with email services or background job processing Familiarity with HR or recruitment platforms Benefits and Perks: Paid per project with clear scopes and milestone based payments Opportunity for repeat projects and long term collaboration Ownership of features in a live HR SaaS platform Flexible remote work aligned with Philippines time zones How to Apply: Apply to pkdaigo@kiexgroup.com Chief Product Officer with subject line Junior Full Stack Engineer Per Project Include: Intro and why HR SaaS interests you GitHub or project links preferably React Next.js TypeScript or Node based Details of Supabase or Vercel experience if available
